Ronin smirked, having caught onto the rogue's plan. Each time someone attacked, he seemed to grow stronger because of it. He had to come up with something fast, but what? If he attacked him with something big, he would just find a way to counter it and use the power against him. He thought for a second, something he knew Ryouji was not expecting him to do. He was coming up empty big time on a plan, so he smirked, deciding to let the rogue make the first move. He shook his head, getting in a defensive stance while glaring at Ryouji. He returned the 'bring it' motion, readying himself for what might come.

Watching the battle from up above, it was very well noted that both her uncle and the human weren't going to make the move on each other, so no longer could she stand idle, while watching such a horrible attempt for a battle continue on.
"If you won't attack him human, I will be more than happy to on your behalf and my own"
Shiva hurled herself toward the ground and as she landed she quickly sprinted forward and drew back her right arm and backhanded Ryouji, sending him skidding back. Reaching Underneath her robe, she grabbed her Zanpakuto and thrusted it into the ground after unsheathing it. As the sword pierced the sand, ice traveled from the blade of sword and molded itself around Ryouji's feet and arms, holding him prisoner.
"I remember our first battle, long before you put on this charade of darkness. You were passionate, you were willing to lay your life on the line to defeat your enemies and protect my mother, to protect the girl and even this boy...I want that same respect once again Uncle Ryouji. I need you to lay your life on the line again, one last time"
She tilted her head up slightly as she looked over to the one who created her. Her very mother, it was unfortunate things had to end up this way, for she was truly happy being Shukumei's number one. However the time has come to gather what it was she came for. Pulling the sword free from the ice in which she created, she lunged forward and plunged it into Ryouji's stomach. As the blade pierced his flesh, a smirk formed to her partially covered face. She twisted the blade before pulling it free.
Her attention was once again turned to her mother. The look of horror was far more grim than when she noticed it before. It was different, her own 'daughter' took the life of her 'uncle' and to be honest, the thrill of killing again after remaining hidden for so long is actually quite invigorating.
She pulled her zanpakuto free from Ryouji and stared at it as it was stained with his blood. The blood was a dark red, a truly awful color in her opinion. Her mission was now complete, she had gotten what she was waiting so long for.

As Yuri hits the ground, a grunt came from her. She was in some pain from the attack and from hitting the ground. Why couldn't she hit him? It wasn't fear that stopped her. It was like her vision blurred at the last second. Seeing that her shot was over, Yuri slowly pulls off the remainder of her mask, it dissolving into nothing. Tilting her head backward (She's facing opposite of them). It wasn't that she was too tired to gt up. She just didn't see the point to.
When She watched Ronin step up to fight, she was curious as to why neither were attacking. Then all of a sudden, a figure long thought dead appeared and imprisoned the former captain in ice. Hearing the individual speak confirmed who it as: Shiva. How could she still be alive? With her own eyes she saw Shiva died. So did everyone else. "B..but how..? You're suppose to be dead.."
Then came the devastating blow. Watching the Arrancer kill Ryouji made Yuri feel so powerless and helpless. However, once the blade was removed from his body, the shinigami quickly got up, running over to his body. Slowing to a slow walk once approaching the body, she was in distraught. It always starts with denial. "Come on, Captain.. That couldn't of killed you.." She slowly starts to shake him, hoping that it would wake him up. "Come on.. This isn't funny.. Stop joking aroun.. No matter how hard she shook him, he wouldn't wake up. When she looks down to her hands, Yuri sees that they are covered in his blood. She had a shocked look on her face as it finally hit her. Her captain was no more.
Right then and there, the captain broke down. Her first friend ever since entering Soul Society was gone. There would be no more seeing him. There would be no more fighting him. All that was taken away by Shukumei's former ally. "He..he's gone..? No.. that' can't be.. He survived.. that big Black Coffin.. How could he just die from a simple flesh wound?!"

Ryouji opened his eyes slowly tilted his head up and looked at Yuri as she was freaking out in hysterics. He originally had no idea how much he really meant to her and vise versa. He placed his hand on her shoulder and used it as a prop to help him sit up. He glanced down at his flesh wound and chuckled quietly to himself before forcing himself to stand up.
"Yuri...listen to me. You have to get out of here... now before its to late.."
Ryouji thrusted his hand into his own flesh while grunting loudly before pulling it out and spreading his blood over his blade. He dropped down to one knee while breathing heavily and in pain
"You...have it..in your robe...now take it...take..it and get the hell...out of this place...before she..gets you too."
Ryouji jumped into the air, blood still gushing from his wound. He extending Shinkouremasu and the blade began to extend itself and transform. Through his blood, Shinkuoremasu's second transformation was able to take place. The sword, hungered for it secretly and by feeding it, it would be able to take its new form for as long as he was able to hold his bankai and beserker state.
The sword tip transformed into a dragon's head and it began to roar as it traveled down toward Shiva. The shaft of the blade itself acted as its body and began to protrude razor shop quills as it traveled. Ryouji was losing to much blood, he couldn't keep focused. However he had to hold on just until the others escaped with the Hougyoku...

Ronin's eyes widened, growling loudly. His eyes turned to flames, about to rush at Shiva until he heard Yuri breaking down. He went to Yuri, hugging her as her Captain spoke to her. He then looked down to the rogue, his eyes returning to normal. He listened to what he had said, realizing what he was talking about. He placed a hand on the rogue's shoulder, signifying that he would see to it. He began to pull Yuri away, realizing how badly the situation was deteriorating. Although he was not close to revealing the full extent of this bankai, strategically he could not attack Shiva as well as ensure everyone's safety. He shifted his eyes to his Captain, nodding to her to signify that they need an exit. As he saw the rogue start to weaken, he started to gather the others as he moved toward his Captain. Once he gathered the others, he went to the rogue, crouching down to tell him something that he did not want the others to hear.
"I wish this turned out different... I wanted to fight you... the real you... I will protect them, I promise... and I will destroy Shiva for you."
He knew some comment about him being a clown or speck of dirt was coming, but he decided to take it. He stayed there a short time, letting the rogue say what he needed.

Yuri hugged back as soon as Ronin hugged her. Seh felt devestated that her Captain was gone. But when she felt his hand on her shoulder, it was like a miracle. It made her feel a lot better. But seeing him in the shape he was in, she was worried. However, seeing that he was concerned for their safey, it made Yuri happy to know that her hunch about her captain not being evil was true.
When he mentioned 'it', the shinigami had no idea what he was talking about. It was until she thought about it when she realized what he was trying to say. You're going to leave here with the Hougyoku.. So he had a plan all along. "But Captain.. If you say here, you're going to really die this time!It was too late. He was already nearing close to Shiva, ready to attack. "C..Captain.. NO!"*

Shiva remained perfectly still as she watched the transformed 'dragon sword' move toward her, at the last second she extended her left arm and opened up her hand completely, as the it prepared to hit her, she stopped it and chuckled before grabbing it with her right hand. Her sharpened light blue panted nails dug into the head of this dragon and it began to freeze. The ice traveled directly to the hilt and it wasn't to long after that before the transformed Zanpakuto shattered within her grasp. With no Zanpakuto, he couldn't maintain his bankai form and she watched as he reverted back, the blood continued to gush from the wound in which she inflicted on him. Shiva then directed her attention to her mother whom hadn't moved or spoken a word since she appeared.
"Mother, why won't you speak to me? Are you in awe of my true strength. It comes from you after all. Its actually quite amazing, you nearly gave your life for Kai and for me. So much of your strength is my own and I will use it to ensure that the original six are free!"
Shiva griped her Zanpakuto by the hilt before thrusting it forward. She placed her free hand on top of her right hand before laughing. The blade of her Zanpakuto began to glow before freezing itself.
"Chill...Artica"
The frozen chunk of ice eventually traveled from the blade down to the hilt and covered her arms, face and entire body, leaving her frozen solid as she stood in place. Moments later, the ice began to crack before shattering completely. There she stood, in her Hollow form. Her body was completely covdered in the white hollow materialization compound. It acted as an armor for her. Her original hollow mask formed around her head, the mouth of the mask was wide open, and the lower parts of her face were visible through the rather large teeth. Her long hair fluttered in the wind.
"Say your goodbye's dear Uncle. For in a few moments your life will end!!"

Ryouji's black armor and shroud decipated into the wind upon having his Zanpakuto broken. He dropped down onto his knees shortly after it faded, feeling the pain of the wound she inflicted more so than before. He coughed up blood as he struggled to make it back to his feet.
"When I brought you to this place...I never had any real intentions of leaving. Listen to me Yuri...You are no longer the lost little girl I saved some time ago. You're grown to be a very strong...determined woman. I...am very proud of you. Yuri...Nakayama thank you...for always believing in me."
He scrambled toward her, stombling and coughing up blood as he neared her, once he did he placed. Hand on her head. He then turned his attention to Ronin.
"Things had to be this way...if they were different...things wouldn't have been quite this interesting wouldn't you agree. You are strong Ronin...maybe even stronger than me...maybe...hehe"
As he attempted to laugh he coughed up more blood before putting his hand on the human's shoulder. Ryouji's feelings were never as he pretended them to be. Deep down he had a great respect for humans and their willpower.
"Protect them...that duty is now yours alone. Just...remember that...you need them...just as..much as they need you. You...are a team...! I...will open a gate for you...use it to go back to Urahara's shop...and head for the soul society"
Ryouji hollow mask began to crumble away slowly as his eyes reverted to back to their original color. He lifted his pointed his hand. He used the last ounce of his strength and what power he could manifest in his current condition to open a gate for them. He then drifted his eyes over to his sister.
There was nothing that he could say to her. He just gave her a smile before turning around to meet his fate. He looked at the transformed Shiva before waiting.
"Shiva...honor my last request...regardless of your position...as a member of my family...you are honor bound to except the request of someone you kill...Allow Shukumei and the others to leave...Hueco Mundo unscathed"
Ryouji dropped down to his knees as blood escaped his mouth with each cough. His vision was getting blurred...and his breath began to shorten. He glanced up at her and awaited to embrace the darkness that has become who he was.

Upon hearing Ryouji's request. She nodded her head slightly. Agreeing to the terms that he asked for. He would allow them to leave Hueco Mundo unscathed. She bowed slighly before dropping down to all fours and running over toward Ryouji.
As she neared him. She grabbed a hand full of his hair and proceeded to lift him off of the ground. She glanced down at her Right hand, and her claws extended, growing longer and sharper. Shiva then thrusted her claws through the right side of her Uncles chest, and forced them to exit through his back. She felt his last breath. The painful grunt, and sudden ease of the pain. The limpness of his body..there was nothin left of him but a corpse. She glanced up at her mother.
"I honor his final request. You are free to leave Hueco Mundo untouched"
She pulled her hand free, and watched as the blood traveled from her fingertips down her hand and wrist. She lowered him down onto the ground and left him laying there.
"Give him a proper burial, I will not allow these hollows to consume him I do infact have that much respect for my late Uncle. Take heed from this point on, we are enemies. The next time we meet, the original six will be freed and the real battle will begin."
Shiva turned away from the four Shinigami and walked through the eternal desert of the Hueco Mundo before disappearing. Deep down she felt remorse for what had to happen, however she could not allow it to stand in the way of what was to come. The breaking of the seal...and the releasing of the original six. As the distance between her and the group of shinigami grew bigger, she vanished into the distance.

(Insert Mood Music: Never Meant to Belong www.esnips.com/doc/5a492e6b-688c-4601-a4fb-83f5ba586be7/Never-Meant-To-Belong) In awe of the recent events. With Shiva being alive and the fact that she watched her brother die was to much for her. She turned to stumbled forward to where Ryouji was laying and dropped to her knees. The appearance she had while in Bankai had vanished, leaving her with her normal attire. She looked at how expressionless his face was. She placed her hand on the side of his face. A tear rolled down her cheek as she closed her eyes. She couldn't help it any longer, she tried her very best to remain strong but she could not. She let out a loud scream before leaning over, embracing the corpse that was now her twin brother. She broke down and cried.
None of this was right, it felt so wrong, but she knew in her heart that Ryouji had already made up his mind and didn't want her to interfere. She wrapped her arms around his body and just laid there, crying on his chest. Komamura, reached into his robe and pulled out his cell phone.
"This is Captain Sajin Komamura of squad seven. Please make funeral arrangements for Ryouji Onigata, former captain of squad three."
Shukumei lifted Ryouji up into her arms, and continued to scream and cry while rocking back and forth. Even while extremely sad, she was comforted in the fact that Ryouji, was only looking out for each of them. The battle, the entire time, until the very end, he was only looking out for them. She stood up at that point and carried him in her arms and made her way toward the gate Ryouji opened. There was nothing that she could say or do...nothing would bring back her twin brother. For the first time ever. Shukumei felt completely alone. Even though she had Yuri and Ronin..there was a empty feeling. A void in which Ryouji's presence once filled, but now there was nothing there but sadness...and anger the need for revenge.
Her brother was stolen from her as she watched, unable to do anything. It wasn't fair at all. So much she wanted to say, but the words wouldn't form. Her mind and thoughts were weighed down with regret, her heart felt like it was torn out of her chest...by her own daughter no less her Haori was covered in all she had left of him...his blood, the very blood they shared Her soul was stained with grief.
Why Shiva...how could you do this to him...how could you do this to me... She stepped through the gate, leaving the others behind...she had to get him to the sereitei, so a proper funeral could be arranged. She couldn't bare what it would be like to live and not have Ryouji there with her. Why was this happening, why did this have to happen. Te tears would not stop as she stepped out on the other side of the gate. It was as if some higher being knew of her pain, for in the human world. It was raining.

Yuri blinked as Ryoiji placed a hand on top of her head. He was finally acknowledging that she was no longer a Shinigami fresh out of the academy who had trouble controlling shikai. He recognized her for what she was now: A captain, a comrade, and probably close as family. As she saw Shiva prepare to deliver the final blow, the captain couldn't look. As soon as it was made, Yuri buried her head into ronin's chest and once again started to cry before she hugged onto him again.
It was kind of funny. Out of everyone from Soul Society, it was only herself and Shukumei who had believed that he was 'warped' into becoming the figure he used to be. Perhaps it was the risk he had to take in order to make sure his plans were exacted. While everyone may be in pain, physically or other wise, it seemed comforting that with his dying breath he created a safe passage way. All that can be done now is to do as he asked and leave Hueco Mundo. "Captain.. Thank you.. For everything.."
Yuri slowly lets go of Ronin, rubbing her eyes to get rid of any tears that were left. She looks up to him, trying to smile. Only a small one appeared. "I'm glad you came.. I'm glad you all did.. And now.. It's time to go.." The shinigami moves over to the portal, waiting for Ronin to follow.

Ronin's eyes widened as he saw what had unfolded. He growled about to go after Shiva when Yuri hugged him. He didn't hear any of the words she had spoken, his anger was keeping him focused on the one he now wanted to kill. He narrowed his eyes, his pupils turning into flames. He took a few steps in the direction that Shiva had walked of in, fire surrounding him.
"Shiva! I will destroy you! I'll make you pay!"
He dropped to his knees, not having been able to cry since his parents died so long ago. He threw back his head, screaming at the top of his lungs. As he did, a massive pillar of fire erupted from under him, his spiritual pressure raising greatly. He kept screaming, unable to show grief in any other form than what he was currently doing. He did not know if Yuri was still watching nor did he care. He needed to vent, and at the current time, this was the only way he knew how.

Yuri was taken back from the sudden pillar of flame and Ronin's yelling. Everyone has ways of expressing their sadness so this must be his way. Though she knew he was upset over the events, they couldn't stay too long. The portal that Ryouji had made would soon be closing and they needed to leave while the getting's good. The captain slowly steps over to him, keeping a bit of distance due to the flame.
"Come on, Ronin.. We have to go. If we don't we're going to be trapped here and Captain's efforts of saving us would be for nothing." Gaiing the courage to get close to him, Yuri reaches out and grabs his hand, the fire starting to burn. It wasn't like she was trying to make him stop. It was more like trying to tell him that she's there to comfort him no matter what could be going on. Slowly, she helps him to his feet, moving back to the portal. "Come on now.. Moping isn't your style. Don't forget, you're not the only one who's in pain. I am sad that Captain's gone.. But I have a bit of comfort.."
She had heard from other people that if someone in Soul Society dies, they are reborn as a human in the living world. And since Ryouji was originally a Shinigami, the same rule had to apply to him. "I've heard that when people in Soul Society die, they get sent back to the living world with no memories.. We may of lost him as he used to be, but we still have him the way he will be. That means we can stop history from repeating. We're all connected because we have lost loved ones. But don't let that grief overcome you.. I'm here for you.. So, let's go back. Let's continue to live and keep the people we lost close in our hearts."
With all that said, Yuri stepped over to the portal. Hopefully he wouldn't of gotten mad at her for what she said. "Let's.. Let's go home. Together."

Ooc| Yuri here Posting for Ronin with permission.
Yuri was right. He couldn't let the grief that he felt get the best of him. After all, he has to look after not only himself, but her and his captain as well. Standing up, he goes over to Yuri, slowly holding her hand from seeing that it got burnt. "Next time, wait until the fire is gone.." He lets go, slowly ruffling her hair. He knew that she was trying to comfort him, but he didn't want her to get hurt in the process. He then steps in the portal, soon followed by Yuri. It was going to be a long few days, even weeks until everything gets back to normal.
