Yuri was an emotional wreak. Both her and Tohru made it back to Soul Society. He would see her to her office before consoling her once more. He wouldgive her a small kiss on the forehead and would then tell her he would gather everyone here. Sure, he could have taken her home to do that, but he was afraid that she could shut down more than what she already has. Once he left, Yuri would stand at one of the window sof her office, gazing outside while she thought. Her right hand soon formed a fist, striking it against the wall near her, The wall did crack, leaving a small trace of her blood on it. Scoffing it off, she would soon let her other squad members that no one was to enter her office. Unable to hold back her anger, her office became the next unfortante target. Between the shattered wood and paper strewn all over the place, anyone not knowing any better throught that she was being attacked. Regardless, her subordinates did as they were told and left her alone to deal with her anger and grief in her own way.
Eventually, the captain would be ouside in the area closest to her office, sitting down for the time being. Not even attacking the training dummy offered any consolation. Yuri would look down to her bloodied hands. All she could see was her daughter being unconscious.. Helpless... And there was nothing she could have done to save her! That's what was enraging her so bad. For all her power as a Shinigami, a captain at that, and she couldn't even save her! A few moments later, she heard the sliding door open. This caused her to slowly stand up and turn around to see who it was that decided to enter.
"I thought I made it extremely clear that I didn't want anyone to enter."
It was then when she saw her husband, Shukumei, Ryouji, and Shiori stepped in and closed the door behind them. Seeing this, Yuri turned back away from them, staring out in front of her again. Everyone was taken by surprise to see the shape of Yuri's office. Especially Ryouji. He had thought that Yuri would have kept it in better condition. However, he would take a moment to see what had been changed in here. After all, it used to be his office. Why wouldn't he be curious?
"Auntie, what happened here? Are you alriight?"
"Don't worry about it. I'll clean it up later."
Yuri chse to ignore the question. If she answered, she woudln't be able to hold onto the anger and bitterness she feels. Of course, Shiori noticed this and would move in front of her to take a better look. Unable to look Shiori in the eyes, her own gaze shifting off to the side.
"Please, tell us what's wrong. We can't help you if you do't tell us what's wrong."
This caused Yuri to chuckle. Not because she fould what Shiori said funny or anything of the sort. It was more or less at her own powerlessness of the whole situation.
"Fine. I'll tell you what's wrong. I'm here in my office, taking care of paperwork. Next thing I know Ryou comes in, panicking. Says Hina is fighting to bide him time to come here. So, I call your father, Shukumei, and Tohru to meet me in the World of the Living. I get there before anyone else and I see the bastards holding Hina who was unconscious. Without a thought, I was ready to kill them with a full incantation of Kurohitsugi. As much as I hate to say it, if Tohru didn't stop me, I could hav easily hit Hina as well. Then, off they went. Them... with Hina as well. So, there you go. That's what's wrong. For all my power... All my skills... I couldn't save her! Why should I be okay?!"
At that last word, her anger finally melted into sadness. The tears she fought back finally began to flow. She hated that they ad to see her in such a state, but she just couldn't hold it baack anymore.
