Biography: Eriko is a miko (Priestess) Who works in a shrine in Karakura Town that is runned by her father. Due to her size, many people tend to find her intimidating when it's not the case. She's very softspoken when she decides to talk. Most of the time she helps her father maintain the shrine.
Her father is a Shinigami and has no idea of what he is. As a result, she has received minor shinigami training as a child, but only under kido arts. As she grew up, she forgot about even knowing them. If she's pressed into a corner, her subconscious will take over and retaliate with a kido spell to only think of it as a strange power associated with her being a miko. Due to being able to manipulate spiritual energy, she has the ability to see what normal people can't: Shinigamis, lost souls, Hollows, and anything else related.
She has no idea on why watching the temple is so imporant. She believes that since she grew up being taught to protecting at all costs, it's just second nature. Eriko has no idea about the true origins of it.
