As Ryouji mentioned, please have a link to the picture you want used in an avatar or signature to make things simple for the ones making said things. After all, you are asking these people to take the time and effort to make these for you. Be sure to include the size of the desired items (Signatujres only since Avatars are always 100x100). Also, include iny requests such as what kind of text you want.
If pictures are not included, the people who think about making the avatars /signatures for you have the right to decline the offer. They should not have to search for the desired picture.
However, the only exception will be REi's since he requested his signature before this.
