It had been years since the Queen of Arrancar had stepped foot outside of Las Noches. Taking it upon herself, she left behind the world of hollows and returned to the world of the living. To confront those who she had been in war with for quite sometime or at least those she once warred with. After stepping through the garganta. She stepped foot onto human soul. The world hadn't changed much at all. Her eyes glanced at her surroundings as the garganta closed behind her. Weren't they able to feel her presence once she crossed over? She had no need to hide herself, at this point there was no reason to hide her spiritual pressure.
Upon taking another step, she was quickly caught off guard by the appearance of another Arrancar, one that was not like many, but born of two shinigami spiritual pressures merging with the Hyogyoku. Shiva was well aware of who this individual was though it sickened her that she served Shinigami.
"I have no business with you Karei, I'm merely here to look for my...or should I say our family...dear cousin"
Shiva chuckled before pushing passed her 'cousin' before moving forward toward their usual base operation. Urahara Shop. As she continued walking she was once again cut off by Karei. There was no Zanpakuto drawn...it was almost as if Karei didn't want her to go to the candy store.
"Why do you insist on standing between me and them. You are like me Karei...you should hate them for the things they've done to our brothers and sisters. Can you fathom how many hollows they've put down....how many Arrancar they've killed to protect this worthless city and their beliefs? No...of course you can't. You serve them...no matter how hard you try,you will never be a Shinigami."
Pushing past Karei a second time, Shiva entered the shop. It was..quiet and eerie to that same effect. Narrowing her eyes she continued to look around...that is until she came across the man who owned the shop, Kisuke Urahara. When their eyes met, there was no hostility on his part, in fact he greeted her as if she was any other individual.
"Where are they...old man?"
Urahara glanced up at her and didn't reply, in fact he merely looked away as if he was ignoring her. How can she not have heard about what happened to the Onigata family...all but one remain and it was no one she had even met. How could he tell her what had befallen her 'family?' Karei rushed in to Urahara's side it was then that she realized that he was going to have to tell Shiva what had become of her creator and the rest of her family. Karei sat down and avoided eye contact with Shiva completely.
Shiva tilted her head to the side slightly before frowning. There was something someone wasn't telling her and she didn't like the idea of being the last to know anything.
"Tell me where they are...now!"
Kisuke sighed heavily as he had been friends with Shukumei and Ryouji for many years and he had known Azumi all of his life. It wasn't easy for him to deal with let alone speak about what happened but he was going to have to tell her.
"I don't know exactly how I can explain this to you Shiva...but Ryouji and Azumi were killed several years ago."
Shiva turned her head away in shock. She showed no facial expression but she could not believe what she was hearing. Her Uncle a man whom she has battled with several times in the past and her Aunt...someone who was so vibrant and full of life were killed?
"And mother...?"
Kisuke lowered his and didn't respond to her question. Her heart sank...and she dropped to the floor in anger. How could this have happened. How could they all have been killed. She was sad...and very volatile to the information she just received. If anyone were to kill them, it should have been her, but more importantly than the hatred that she felt for Shinigami...deep down she only sought approval from her family. Her entire reason for existing had been taken away from her. There was just no way that this was true...it wasn't possible for them to die by anyone's hand but her own.
"How..dare you lie to me. With my disappearance you damned Shinigami have forgotten what an Arrancar is. Have you all forgotten who I AM!!!"
Ramming her fist into the table, she broke it unintentionally. She wanted proof that his words were true but even she knew that there was no possible way that he could prove it to her since he exiled himself from the Soul Society many many years ago.
"Open your Senkaimon. I will go to the soul society and see it for myself"
Urahara wanted to attempt to plead that he couldn't do that for her...but the glare she gave him was one of pure...unadulterated evil. He was fearful of what she might do if he didn't comply. Shiva's wraith is well documented. He nodded slowly and stood up, leading her unto the underground area where he would open the gate which would take her into the soul society.

After fighting her way into the Sereitei, Shiva found herself to be standing in front of the graves of her family. Even though she was surrounded by Shinigami, her face told all those who noticed that she was angry...literally twitching. She knelt in front of her mothers tombstone and looked at the name. This..this just could not be possible. How could someone have killed someone so strong how could this have happened!
She just lowered her head and sat there...thinking back of all the battles she's endured with them...all of it rushed to her like a wave of confused emotions. It was eating away at her like a flesh crazed beast. The pain she felt in her heart was immense. Tears began to fall from her face...they were heavy like rain drops in a fierce storm. She had to know the truth. Regardless of how different they were, the woman's tombstone whom she was leaning over...created her; brought her to life.
She loved and respected her family. Shiva was once Shukumei's inner hollow that tormented her...before she was separated and given her own body and consciousness. Now she was all that is left of her. There was but one thought on her mind and it was revenge...revenge for the one responsible for taking away for entire reason for existing. Upon sensing a familiar spiritual pressure, Shiva didn't look back to see if who she knew it was. She just continued to sulk over her fallen family while staring at the name over written on the tombstone she was kneeling before.
"I demand...to know who is responsible for this...Yuri Nakayama.."
