As they headed to their destination, Yuri glanced to Shizune when she asked if her mother hated her. Well, right now, her hormones are a bit unbalanced due to being pregnant. Well, then again, when she wasn't pregnant, she had that..spunkiness for a lack of a better word. Regardless of that or not, There was no doubt in her mind that Azumi did not hate Shizune. "I would assume that her being pregnant is putting a lot of pressure on her. Uh.. I guess no pun intended. She has to stay healthy so that she and the little one.. er.. you.. uh.. hehe.. So that the baby is healthy. As for hating you, I really doubt it."
She knew where she was coming from. She remembered how her Hollow got the best of her when Ryouji and her were fighting some time ago. She was so terrified that she would be angry with her and would be cold to her. Instead, she became understanding and was willing to help her not feel so..sorry over things she couldn't help. "There was a time where my Hollow had came out when Ryouji and I were fighting in Urahara's shop. What caused it to emerge was the fight that if I continued a kido spell, I could of easily killed him. I guess that despair awakened it. Anyway, Ryouji became a punching bag more or less to give me time to fight off hte hollow."
She went up to higher grounds: On top of buildings. At least they could get a semi bird eye view from where they were. When Shizune caught back up, she continued with the story. "Anyway, I was able to gain control and saw the damage I did. When Azumi found out, I was scared that she would hate me. After all, I did nearly kill her husband. Instead, she does this.. weird gesture of pinching the hell out of my cheeks and threatened to do it everytime I said sorry for something I couldn't control. So I guess in a way, she can be scary, but I think it just means she cares. As for your clothes.."
Yuri looks over to her, trying her best not to laugh. It just seemed so odd for someone with a stern attitude like she has in something so..loose. "Well, she has a good heart. Even though she doesn't know you're her daughter, I'm sure she still has that motherly instinct. After all, she did kinda literally give you the clothers off her back. Or did she? I don't remember how you got those even though I was there. Eh, forget about it. Maybe tomorrow, we can go shopping for better clothing. What do you say?"
It was just that a lot of things were on her mind. Them coming from another time, this Zetsumei character who hunts Shingami.. It was making her head spin. All that matters is that he had to be stopped before it's too late. Maybe instead of being stressed out, maybe she could ask about her future self. Maybe she could have some insight about how sh defeated her hollow. "So..Does my future self have control over her Hollow? I know you said you're about a hundred or so years ahead of us so I guess that's plenty of time to work on it.. How did she do it??

It was such a relief knowing that her mother didn't hate her. After all it was better to find out from those who know her best. She couldn't quite get over the fact that she was finally able to see her parents with her own eyes. After hearing Lady Yuri's story about fighting with her father and nearly killing him accidentally it made her wonder if her father always held back like her aunt would tell her when she spoke of him.
"Lady Yuri hasn't told me much about how she gained control of her hollow. If it was anything like mine, then it wasn't easy. She always told me to never allow my emotions to get the best of me. She said that at in her youth she was always so emotional and the hollow would prey upon that and take control."
She honestly didn't see lady Yuri being so emotional, perhaps losing her mentors caused her to grow a lot as an individual. She and Emi were the only family Shizune had left.
"Its kind of weird, talking to my mentor in such a way. I never thought I would be able to try and be helpful to you. I honestly wish there was more I could tell you but she...erm you and I hardly ever talk about her..I mean your past. Its mostly about my past and playing with Megumi."
Its so strange how much Megumi looked like Yuri they were like mirror images...could she honestly not see the major resemblance between the two of them. Maybe she hasn't pieced it together yet. Then again it was kind of odd how no one has pieced together how much Shizune and Azumi look alike.
"As for the offer for clothes, once my mother finish stitching my Uniform it won't matter. That's all I will be wearing. Nothing against my mothers taste...but her clothes are not for me. She's small and tiny. I'm big and well tall. If I was anything like Rangiku...these clothes would be absolutely perfect for me. The human world is so much better than I've heard. My...sister I guess you could call has told me a great deal about the world of the living. I assumed she would be around in this time as well...but she isn't."
There was a good chance she was stepping into foul territory, but she was well aware of how that battle between her father and Yuri ended as well as the result of their combined spiritual pressure and the hyogyoku. It was best not to question it.
"I wonder what Megumi is up to...I imagine she and mommy are hugging or playing a game or tormenting mister whats his name."
She smiled before propping herself down on the edge of the rooftop looking down at the streets of the city below her. She began swinging her legs in order to keep her mind off of her family. She didn't want to continue talking about them so much to the point where it became annoying but she was curious to learn as much as she could about them while she could.

While Shizune sat down, Yuri stood beside her, looking down to the streets below. She was taking in everything that was being said, having a small smile on her face. At least she was being open. Maybe she could learn to be like this to the others whenever they learn who she really is. Upon speaking about Megumi, she too wondered what the little one was up to. Was she being good? Listening to Azumi and Rai, even Nori if he was still there? The way she was thinking made her feel like a mother, but she pushed it aside. Megumi wasn't her kid though...Right? Ronin and her have rarely hung out together since he transferred to a new squad, but still.
Now that she thought of it, there did seem to be a resemblance between herself and Little Megumi. The mentioning of 'sister' drew her out of her thoughts and back to what was happening around her. "Sister? Thought you said you were the only child. Don't think you mean Megumi since she said it was her first time here.. Hm.." Who could it possibly be? Definitely not Shiva. If anything, they'd be like cousins. Well, she did recall Ryouji saying that he had used the hyogyoku on her to see if it would help her control her hollow better. It wasn't before long where they ran into Karei. It was starting to come back to her how. She's been so busy with work, she nearly forgot. Hopefully Karei wasn't too angry. Yuri was starting to wonder how she was.
"Ah, I get it. With her being an Arrancar though, I assume you met her in the real world? How's she in your timeline? I haven't seen her since she first introduced herself. Hope she's not mad at me for not spending time with her. Then again, she jsut seems so care free that she wouldn't be angry, you know?" Anyway, it was getting far off topic. She looked around left to right and then back down to the streets. "Anyway, I've been meaning to say this since we first met. If calling me Lady Yuri makes you feel more comfortable, then go ahead. It wouldn't bother me in the least. As for Megumi, who are her parents? I'm sure they have to be worried about her."

Shizune giggled upon hearing the younger Lady Yuri ask who Megumi's parents are. If she were to ever tell her that Megumi was her daughter she could only imagine how odd that would be. Alas she could not say. Such information could change things for this time line's future. Would she really freak about finding out that she too would become a mother one day?
"I apologize but I can't tell you that. I've already admitted to more than I should have. I'm sure her mother misses her a great deal. She's such a wonderful little girl. Its no wonder why mommy is so fond of her. She can also be a handful, like before we left and Zetsumei injured me, she tore through squad fours medical quarters to find me. She's so innocent and the fact that she is in full on control of her hollow mask at such an age is incredible. She's well on her way to becoming a very powerful shinigami just like her mother."
Shizune tilted her head to the side while continuing to swing her legs. She could honestly talk about Emi all day but that would be truly boring for Lady Yuri or would it. I'm sure she's not without her fairshare of problems. Upon hearing her ask about Karei, she wasn't sure how to answer.
"I've only seen Karei a few times. Its kind of hard to really talk with her now days. She's on recon and keeping hollow activity to a minimum in the human world. She's kind of silly but I like that about her. She always has a smile on her face and she's really strong."
She chuckled before grinning slightly. She turned to Lady Yuri, her smirk growing wider.
"So...has Ronin always talked like a robot. How does that affect your relationship with him? Are you two going to get married? When? Can I come...you wouldn't dare leave your first and only pupil off the invitation list right?! I mean that would be so mean!!"
She had to change the subject but she was curious to see how the future parents bonded. She never did tell Shizune much about Ronin, so it would be best to bleed her dry of information now while her mentor was much younger and maybe a lot less serious and stern.

She chuckled when she started asking about Ronin. They never really had a chance to talk about when they should get married or if they were going to get married at all. "Well, he wants people to see him a certain way and he doesn't want people to know he has a soft side. You know, the tough guy act." Still, she could always count on him when she needed help or just someone to talk to. "I guess being in the new squad has really affected him. But I think under that tough exterior is a kind man."
She couldn't help but to blush slightly as Shizune asked if she would be invited to the wedding. "Of course, but I'm pretty sure that it would happen after the whole Zetsumei thing is done and you're back to your time. How would I be able to invite you then? Of course he hasn't asaked yet.. but I'm still hoping, you know?"

Shizune turned toward her mentor and smiled. She had an estimate of what day it could be but she wouldn't dare tell her that she and Ronin were married already in her time. That would spoil the big surprise, though it did come as a shock to her. It was written all over her face that she thought about it more often then not. While on the subject of Ronin, she seemed to realize that men weren't like women at all. They didn't have a reason to hide feelings.
"Ah I figured as much. Why can't men be more like us. We have no reason to hide behind charades and pride is an issue we don't deal with much. They should be more upfront with how they feel. Though I'll never understand it. I'll have a better chance of becoming head captain."
That's what makes everyone so different. Everyone here is so full of life and personality. When the Zetsumei ordeal is finished she's going to hate to have to leave again. When she was asked about getting the invitation she smiled and continued to swing her feet.
"Well that is a good question. I suppose that I'll have to come back and visit a lot until you two get married. Besides Megumi loves it here so I'll have to bring her along, to see mommy and stuff. I can't wait....well I'm speaking hypothetically of course!! Besides you're to young to get married, I'm older than you are...at least in this time frame anyway."
Crap, in her happy carefree talk session, she probably gave away everything. She stopped swinging her legs but only for a moment...she felt something...something powerful. It didn't feel like Aunt Shukumei or her father or anyone that she's been around thus far and it definitely wasn't Zetsumei.
"Lady Yuri...do you feel that?"

Yuri too had sensed whatever Shizune did, looking in the direction she believed it was coming from. It was strong and yet, somehow familiar. She couldn't place her finger on it. "Hand me your phone, please." After receiving the phone, the Captain Immediately called Shukumei. "Shi and I have sensed something. I don't think it's Zetsumei, but it wouldn't hurt for all of us to see where it's coming from. It's not coming from your direction nor ours, so it must be where ever Ronin went. Let's meet in that area, alright?" After hanging up the phone, she tosses it back to Shizune, motioning for her to stand.
"Something..doesn't seem right. It's not in our area.. Nor is it coming from Ryouji's and Shukumei's.. That leaves Ronin.. What area did he have again?" Yuri was trying to see if she could sense Ronin's Spiritual pressure at all. After all, if they were suppose to keep hidden, it would either mean he hasn't foudn anything or he's well.. She shook the though from her head, going back to concentrating. Then she felt his and a strangers. "Hm.. I sense him.. He seems to be in danger. Damn it, he better not be fighting Zetsumei. We better hurry and see what's going on. Shukumei and Ryouji should be on their way over to Ronin's area."
She then started to flash step, trying to hurry to Ronin's location. She didn't worry about Shizune since she figured she was being followed by her. What on earth could of possessed him to start fighting? Maybe a Hollow or Arrancar appeared? Maybe it was something he couldn't help. Regardless of how it happened, all she knew is that she had to get there and fast if she wanted to help him.
