(This setting is on a day Ronin decided to be on his own. It takes place shortly after he was injured by Kyouteki.)
Ronin was still not at his top form, but sitting around doing nothing was driving him insane. He had told Yuri that he needed something from the store, knowing that since he was hurt she would insist on getting it for him. Once she left, he got dressed and walked downstairs. He saw his Captain resting on the couch, slipping past her. He knew that she knew he was leaving, but she also wasn't going to stop him. He wandered around the town, ending up at the Gym he used to frequent before his life changed forever. He went inside, starting to stretch. He put on gloves, beginning to jab at the bag. He kept up his workout, some of the people starting to watch him. He was in the middle of punching the bag when the hairs on the back of his neck suddenly stood up. He shifted his head, someone's glove hitting the bag. He turned to face the person, seeing a guy around his age reading for another punch. Ronin nodded to the ring, stepping inside. As soon as the other guy stepped into the ring, he ran straight at Ronin, letting out a volley of fast punches. Ronin scoffed, as the punches were indeed fast by normal human standards. To him however, they were as slow as drying paint. Ronin dodged between all the punches, letting one hit him to test the fighter's strength. Once he felt how soft his fists were, he knew exactly how hard to hit him to end the fight. He let the fight drag on a little longer, then delivering a blow to the fighter's gut. Once the guy was counted out, Ronin left the ring. He stepped outside, deciding to head home. As he slipped inside his house, he heard Yuri throwing a fit as he had duped her so he could leave. He knew that a lecture was coming, the only question was how much trouble he was going to be in.
