Training Session

[Yuri Nakayama]

Yuri had walked further in the training room to be alone so she could start training. She needed to be in tip top shape when it comes time to fight against the Original Six. The only thing that had her worried was her Hollow mask. She had to do something. AS she looked around to see if anyone was around. When she saw that no one could see her, She let the hollow mask appear, starting to train that way. When she was ready to fire a Cero, she stopped, unsure if she should or not. Deciding not to, she does her best to work up a sweat.

After what seemed like twoo hours, Yuri came to a stop, pulling off the hollow mask, looking at it for a moment. I don't understand why I'm different from Ryouji and Shukumei.. They can wear their masks for hours on end and when it's time, it just breaks off.. Me on the other hand, has to destroy it before it's too late.. Gripping the mask tightly, she shatters it, letting the remains drop and fade away. "Looks like I'll be waiting two hours.."

Nori had followed Yuri, watching her, he shook his head when she could not bring herself to use her full power. He decided to do what he did when he helped Ronin with similar issues. He stepped out, looking to her.

"What are you afraid of?"

Nori saw Yuri jump, shaking his head. When he saw her stare blankly back at him, he growled.

"Don't stare at me! Give me an answer! What are you afraid of? Why are you afraid to use your full power?"

He knew he was being harsh, but he also knew that her fear of her hollow powers and her ability to control then were a major part of her issues with her mask. He needed her to break through that wall, it was the only way for her to be at her best.

[Rin Onigata]

Shiva to was standing around watch Yuri, noticing and observing her reluctancy to wear her hollow mask. She was truly a unique Shinigami indeed. Having seen enough Shiva uses Sonido to move herself from where she was standing to where Yuri was sitting and stared down at her.

"I can answer that question for her. After observing her abilities for quite sometime, I was able to figure it out quite easily. You aren't like Uncle Ryouji at all, not even close. The longer you wear your mask, the more likely it is your hollow can take over."

Shiva smirked before kneeling down in front of Yuri. That was it in a nutshell. She was afraid of losing control so to be in control at all times she would rather not wear her mask any longer than she has to, if she chooses. She could make good use of Yuri's inner hollow and soon she would for now however she had to do what was necessary to assist Yuri, or make it look like thats what she was attempting to do.

"You are much different and thats what makes you unique and because of that and partially because I feel sorry for you Suffocating under the weight of your own weakness, has to be tough; and for that reason I will help you. Don't forget, I was once an Inner hollow myself, I remember vividly what its like to take control and torture the host. I assume Uncle will want to take part in it since the two of you share a common bond. Do you accept my aid...Little Yuri?"

Shiva pulled back the hood of her robe, revealing her face and the remnants of her hollow mask which covered her right cheek before raising her eyes to meet Yuri's.

[Yuri Nakayama]

Yuri was taken by surprise upon Nori's and Shiva's appearance. She rubs the back of her head when Shiva basically hit the nail on the head. She would rather not use the mask because she's terrified on what could happen if the Hollow ever got control. She remembered what happened the last time it did. "She's right. My mask isn't like Ryouji's or Shukumei's. I don't know why it's like that." Then she was caught off guard from Shiva's request to help her. True, they may be enemies, but for now, they're allies. If she knows how to help her, what harm would it be? "Well, Ryouji doesn't know about it and neither does anyone else and I prefer it to stay that way."

She hated to hide secrets from everyone, but as far as she knew, Shukumei and the others may believe her inner hollow has been subdued. If they knew about her mask situation, how would they react? "Well, I'm sure you know a lot.. So I don't see why not. I'll take any help I can get."

Nori scoffed as he heard them speak. He knew Shiva was up to something, but if Yuri wanted her help who was he to argue. He sat there, letting them do what they wanted. He saw Yuri look at him when she pretty much accepted Shiva's help. He turned his back on her letting her know he disapproved. He knew Shiva would only manipulate things to her way, that this 'truce' was a sham. He knew the second she found a way to control the Original Six under her control, all hell would break loose on their front. However, it was Yuri's call, all he could do was show he did not approve.

[Rin Onigata]

Shiva stood up slowly upon hearing Yuri accept her offer. She took a few steps back giving Yuri ample space to stand up. She turned to stare at the human who had turned his back to her, she chuckled in response, not caring one bit if the Human cared or not, its not like he was going to do anything about it even if he could, he wouldn't live long enough to change anything.

"Put on the mask again Yuri, we shall battle and I will push you to the brink of your very existance, only then can you learn to increase your control over your hollow."

Naturally her plan was to wear Yuri down to the point where she couldn't fight the hollow back and once it emerged, Shiva will finally be able to meet with this hollow face to face. Unsheathing her Zanpakuto, Shiva pointed the tip of the blade at Yuri before smirking.

"If I am going to push you to your limits, While I am perfectly capable of doing away with you without releasing my Zanpakuto, I prefer to. As an enemy you should always assume you have a disadvantage and plan accordingly. For now I want you to forget that our truce is in effect, and come at me with everything you have."

With her Zanpakuto free, Shiva stared at it, she ran her finger tip over the sharp edge of the blade slowly and as harshly as she could, because of her hierro, her finger did not bleed. Her eyes beheld Artica in all of its beauty. She giggled again slightly before pointing the blade at Yuri a second time.

"Chill...Artica"

The Zanpakuto began to glow a bright blue color before ice began to take form from the tip of the blade, it slowly traveled down the blade and down her arm. It wasn't long after that before the ice covered her entire body, forming a ice-like cocoon and shield. Moments later, Shiva tore through the cocoon and stood there in her released form. Four fangs covered both sides of her face, while leaving her eyes, nose mouth and cheekbones visible.

"Its been such a long time since I've released my Zanpakuto, not since the day Uncle pretended to die at my hands. He's such a crafty bastard. Hopefully he taught you a trick or two."

Shiva's tail whipped around in excitement before she moved her legs back and dropped down to her hands. As she stared at Yuri, her tail stiffened, she was ready to attack. Quill like blades shot out from the back of her wrist as she stood there waiting, purring, like a hunter preparing to pounce its prey.

[Yuri Nakayama]

When she saw Nori turn away from her, she just sighed. Why was he being so mean? Sure Shiva was the enemy, but if she could help her control her hollow and make it where she could use it in battle without fear, it would be worth the training. "C'mon Nori, don't be like that.." She had watched him walk away a little bit from her, seeming to ignore her. He just sat down and was watching. Now it's gonna be hard to focus, now on the mindset that she did something that made Nori mad. Then when she noticed Shiva releasing her Zanpaktou, she rubs the back of her head. She had so much Spiritual pressure. However, she had to do what it takes to be able to wear her mask longer.

"I'll figure out what I did wrong later.. Hope it wasn't something too big.." Since Shiva was going all out, it would only be fair if she did. As the Mask reformed over her face, she released her Bankai, soon rushing at Shiva. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong when she's pushed to the very limit.

Shiva used Sonido to vanish quickly from where she was standing and appeared behind Yuri just as quickly with her arms folded across her chest lightly while giggling. It appeared that Yuri had more in common with the human boy with anger issues. Sure she could scold her or even embarass her for making such trival mistakes, but what would be the fun in that? The idea was to wear her down and see how much control she really before she lost it all.

If she had to guess with how quick she was to accept her help, she couldn't control it for very long. The true unique aspect about Yuri's transformations was that she was able to produce a mask at will without having combatted her inner hollow at all. Was this inner hollow toying with her all along? It was something she really didn't understand and she wasn't going to pretend to try to either.

In any case, Shiva was going to enjoy this all the same. Mentally breaking her would prove to be to easy, since it was Yuri who foolishly allowed hersel fto be manipulated by almost anyone. A grave and naive mistake its a miracle how her Uncle had so much patience with her or maybe it was pity.

Shiva unfolded her arms and licked her left claw before running it it through her hair and face. The cat like instincts were taking affect though she could help it if she wanted to, she just felt so filthy and need a good bath while waiting for Yuri to get serious.

"Meww...you aren't trying hard enough. You should be attempting to kill me while you still have control...so make the next attack count"

She began to purr again and loudly as she found the bath she was giving herself rather refreshing. Now that she was finished she dropped down onto all fours again, pacing from side to side slowly while waving her tail around slowly.

[Yuri Nakayama]

Yuri just chuckled as Shiva talked. As she slowly moved her hand back to point at Shiva, Her hollow mask reformed. She held hr free hand in front of her, just staring at it. It wasn't before long a red glow started to shine from her hand, slowly compacting into a ball of reiatsu. She repeated the same process with her other hand, shifting her eyes to Shiva. "So you want me to try? Have it your way, Shiva." Even with her voice sounded distorted, it should be easy to detect the sudden change in her tone. As soon as the first Cero was fired, she quickly spun around, firing the other.

If she was going to fight seriously, then she might as well do the same. She unsheathes her Zanpakutou, first saying the Shikai command. IT seemed like she was hesitating at first, but soon let out a chuckle. "[b[I was debating whether to just use my Shikai or not. But I guess since you're planning to go all out, I might as well.[/b]" When she uttered the phrase for her Bankai, the Zanpakutou vanished, two flowers appear on the left and side of her head, her taking a stance. "What's the matter? You wanted me to be serious. MAke up your mind!"

She may of sounded cocky, but if she could make her lash out in anger instead of fighting levelheaded, at least it would give her some kind of advantage for a while. Then again, it may not affect her since she is used to playing mind game with others. Regardless, she was going to put up one hell of a fight.[/color]

Upon seeing Yuri fire the first Cero, Shiva quickly jumped to her left, side steping it she tilted her head and watched it fly passed her. She began to chuckle as she continued whipping her tail around from the amusement. However she didn't expect a second one to follow so soon. As she turned around to face Yuri again, the second Cero wizzed by the side of her face just as quickly as the first.

"You have terrible aim Yuri...hmm?"

Shiva eyes floated over to the right side of her face. A cut appeared and blood rushed through the opening. Pushing herself onto her legs Shiva squated down as she used her right hand to wipe her cheek. Upon moving the hand away from her cheek and into her line of vision she saw that her pointer finger was covered in blood. She began twitching in anger before clinching her fists as tightly as she could. She was visibly shaking from the fact that she was bleeding.

"My...face..."

Shiva eye's shot up as she glared at Yuri. Her beautiful face had been cut for the first time ever and it pissed her off. A queen was not supposed to have such markings on her face. What if it left a scar. She would be considered a hideous freak.

"You...cut...my beautiful face. You little snot. I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!"

As she glanced down at the blood on her fingertip it pissed her off. Her spiritual pressure quadruppled as she began sprinting toward Yuri on all fours once again. As she got near Yuri, she used Sonido. She appeared even quicker than she vanished . She extended her right leg after planting her left and onto the ground. From the force she used, she broke through the ground with her hand and used her momentum to bring her right leg around, taking Yuri's legs from underneath her.

With the momentum she carried from Sweeping Yuri's legs from underneath her, Shiva had completely whipped around in a circle. As Yuri's feet left the ground, she pushed herself into the air with her left hand She rotated her body slightly be for planting her right hand on the ground, breaking through the ground itself from the force in which she her hand hit the ground. She rotated her body slightly before bringing her left leg over and thrustinging her shin into Yuri's stomach which forcibly threw her onto the ground.

Once she completed the attack, Shiva pushed herself onto her feet before completing multiple backhand springs to give herself some distance from Yuri. Once she had given herself some distance, she dug her claws into the ground while stiffining her tail. Growling in anger she waited there on all fours, if Yuri truly wanted Shiva to be serious, then serious she was going to be.

[Yuri Nakayama]

As she was rocketing down, Yuri extends one hand to land on, applying enough force to make her flip back onto her feet, moving back slowly from getting her balance. She was keeping Shiva in her sight. She was somewhat panting due to the strain of not only using two ceros, but from what little damage Shiva has already done. She had to keep going no matter what even though she knew it would result into her transformation. So let's see.. Her quickness on her feet and agility will make it hard for me to go full close combat. Maybe I can try to make a mix of close and long range. I may just have to experiment.

Yuri soon had a plan in mind. She would use a kido in order to draw Shiva's attention. When that would happen, she would have to be quick on her feet to get behind her to commence a close range attack. She Raised up one hand out to Shiva, moving her free hand to the wrist as she starts an incantation."Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium--" It was then when she froze in place. She couldn't move or even speak. Damn it.. Move.. Move!

As the scene changes, Yuri sees herself in what seems like her inner world. "What The? What Am I doing here?" As she heard the sound of laughter, she immediately took a stance. It wasn't before long her Inner Hollow showed up, taking the stance as well. "It seemed like that Arrancar was having too much fun. Thought I'd at least help out. Besides, Your time limit is nearly up. Why pass up a perfect opportunity?" Even though she didn't have a choice, we was going to have to try and multitask. Thing is, is it possible? Can she focus on both Shiva and her inner hollow?

Yuri decided to repeat the incantation to the Kido, but soon froze in spot again. "You really think you can take care of both me and her? My my, what confidence. OR maybe it's just a ploy to get her to knock you senseless. I could care less really. If her knocking you out gives me the chance to take over, then by all means, let her. Your battle is with me now!" All Yuri could do now was try to keep the hollow at bay. It was proving to become too stressful due to the time limit, but she knows that as soon as she stops fighting, it'll mean the end of everything. "Very well.. I'll keep fighting until I fall!"

Shiva prepared herself upon watching Yuri speak the incantation of a kido spell but when she stopped. It was like she was struggling. It must have been the inner hollow that was stopping her from using it. This was perfect, she had an opening to bring this battle to its conclusion and meet the hollow within Yuri.

Clawing the dirt beneathe her claws, Shiva rushed forward with tremendous speed. As she neared Yuri, she pushed herself up to her feet and slid across the ground and thrusted her left elbow into Yuri's stomach causing her to bend over from the force. Once landing the blow, she brought around her right hand and forced her palm into Yuri's chest forcefully pushing her off of her feet and sent her flying backwards.

"Its over for you...Yuri!"

Using Sonido, Shiva vanished and appeared underneath Yuri, but facing the opposite direction. She quickly wrapped her hands around Yuri's waist. Upon grabbing Yuri's waist. Shiva adjusted her body and forced herself into a standing position while holding Yuri upside down. From the momentum in which she was running and travely. Once her feet hit the ground, she quickly jumped into the air.

She performed a series of corckscrew aerial flips before turning it into a front summersault as she fell toward the ground. Upon doing so, Shiva wrapped her legs around Yuri's chest to keep her from breaking free and once she hit the ground, she drove the top of Yuri's skull into the ground with her. Once the impact had been delivered, Shiva released Yuri causing her body body to fall over and there she left her laying face down in the dirt.

"Never cut my face again you little brat!!!"

Shiva extended her right arm out to herside and clinched her hand into a fist. She slowly began to revert back to normal as her Zanpakuto reformed within her clinched hand. Once it had completely reformed and she had returned to normal. Shiva thrusted the Zanpakuto into its scabbard and turned away from Yuri only to find Lunamir standing in front of with a wide grin on her face. Shiva chuckled quietly.

Maybe she over did it a little bit, she could have broken the poor girls neck but it was all worth it to ensure that she knew to never fire anything in the direction of her face again.

[Yuri Nakayama]

No matter how hard she struggled to break free of the inner attack, there was nothing she could do. Before she knew it, Shiva already had her in her grasp and was launched up into the air. This isn't good! She was struggling as hard as she could, no it was all for nothing. Before she knew it, her head had come in contact with the ground, causing a yell to come from her. As Shiva lets her go, she just goes limp, falling onto the ground face first. It looked like that was the end for Yuri. There was no movement and very light breathing. The captain was struggling to stay conscious, but her vision was starting to blur. It..can't end like this... From the fight, her Hollow mask had been cracked, only leaving a proportion of it left.


It wasn't before long Yuri passes out. The breathing even slowed to hardly breathing at all. The battle with the hollow wasn't going well either. Yuri was too exhausted to even fight back. It didn't take long for the Hollow to finally subdue her. "How sad. Guess I can't complain too much. As long as I get to have my fun, I could care less what happens!" Soon, Reiatsu was flowing from Yuri's body, soon intensifying. She slowly pushed up to her feet, staggering back. Her head was lowered, giving the impression that she was just going on sheer determination. Yuri starts chuckling, lifting up her head as the Hollow mask starts to reform and a rather fast rate and even the shell/skin extended from the neck to cover part of her right arm.

"Hm.. I have a feeling this wasn't a chance meeting. Not as if I care. You brought me out and I guess I should thank you." She brought up her right hand, taking a look at it, seeming half impressed. "It's a start. At least this transformation is more complete than the last time. Anyway, how about we have some fun, huh? It's not often my toys come to me. I wonder.. What color will you bleed when I cut ya?"

[Rin Onigata]

Shiva stood there continuing to smirk at hollow spoke. It was strong but it acted as if it was truly strong enough to contend with her. Shaking her head slightly. it was underwhelming to say in the least, for an inner hollow Shiva didn't feel worried in the least, knowing that it was much more of a threat then Yuri was to her. Even still, there was nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to this one.

"Such an arrogant little hollow. You talk big for someone bound by the shackles of a moderately weak Shinigami. If you were so tough you would have freed yourself ages ago and yet, I was the one who set you free. I am inclined to believe that you my dear friend are full of your own abilities."

Taunting was always her one of her best qualities. Being that this inner hollow was still trapped and bound to a body always should make it angry enough, but why not continue to toy around with it until she found a use for it. She might make use of the hollow after all but now wasn't the time.

"Since I am the toy, come play with me. I am feeling generous today so I shall give you fair warning. I don't think you'll be able to touch me"

Shiva giggled before raising her arm slightly. She waved it, taunting...no daring the hollow to come forward and attack her but once the fight was finished, the inner hollow will belong to her and server just as of her arrancar do.

[Yuri Nakayama]

It was true though. She could of been out an about causing chaos, but what's the point? It's not the right time for it. Why cause a big scene when everyone would be on guard? "So, you're tellin' me it would of been better to show myself when everyone this Shinigami knows is preparing for a war? You must be a smart one, alright. Seriously, I would rather sit back and observe what's goin' on rather to jump in. After all, everthin' this Shinigami knows, I know."

It would prove to be entertaining when it would decide to actually emerge. It was all about time and opportunity. That would have to wait until later. As of right now, it had Shiva to contend with. Did she really think that it was just talking tough or trying to appear that way? Either way, it was going to be fun. "Arrogant, huh? Who's the one doin' the underestimatin'? You only know what you've seen thus far. You haven't seen what I can do. If the Shinigami wasn't so scared to use my power, you would of seen. Though I guess it's only natural to assume things you haven't seen. You saw what happened to that other male Shinigami, right? What was his name? Ah, Ryouji. The last time I emerged was when he was badly beaten. Even that transformation wasn't as complete as this."

It soon yawned, holding out its hand, having all fingers extended. "I'll play with you for five minutes. After that.. I think playtime will be over." It soon chuckled, using sonido to close the distance between it and Shiva. Once close enough, it extended its hand, preparing to fire a Cero at what seemed point blank. "Let's see how well you do!"

[Ryouji Onigata]

As the reiatsu gathered into the hollows hand. Ryouji performed a series of flash steps and upon approaching Yuri, he extended his hand and quickly grabbed the side of her face and force fully pushed the transformed Yuri down onto the ground, keeping her head pinned down beneathe his hand.

"Surely you don't mean me do you?"

Ryouji pulled his zanpakuto free from its scabbard and thrusted the hilt into the center of the hollow's mask cracking it. He spun it around before tossing it back into the scabbard and releasing Yuri's head.

"I will supervise your little training sessions from now on. It should be well noted that I don't trust you Shiva, but until we are rid of the Original Six, I have no choice but to allow you to help us as you see fit. If I get the notion that you're doing something hurtful to Yuri, I'll deal with you, personally. Before I forget, Shukumei wants you and Luna to meet her in town. She's having a problem and she requires your aid."

Ryouji stood up slowly and turned his back to Shiva, Luna and Yuri before flash stepping and returning to be with his wife.

[Yuri Nakayama]

It didn't take long for the mask and whatever hollow shell that was on Yuri to crack and fall off completely. As the link was gone, Yuri slowly opened her eyes. She was dazed and confused. As she went to move, the pain that the Hollow was masking during the transformation surged through her all at once, causing her to yell and cringe in pain. The only time she felt like this was when Ryouji pretended to be evil and gave her a decent beating. "Ow.. What the.. What happened?"

Yuri slowly sits up, rubbing the back of her neck. She was trying to remember what happened. "Last thing I remember was being slammed head first of the ground.. I blacked out after that." If she blacked out, did that mean her hollow came out? A worried look could be seen. "I..didn't do anything bad did I?"

[Rin Onigata]

Shiva stared at Yuri, that worried look she carried. Did she honestly have no idea what just took place. Such a strange child. Yet she knew exactly what she wanted and it was for the host to disappear and for the hollow within to emerge and serve her as she saw fit, but for now she had to keep her plan under a strict guise until the time was right. It was a little stronger than Shiva at least when Shiva hasn't released her Zanpakuto.

"No, Ryouji came and broke your mask before you had a chance to rampage. Though I have to admit your inner hollow is strong. Stronger than originally thought. As long as that inner hollow remains, you will continue to have these episodes. Uncle made it very clear that he will supervise your training with me from now on."

Shiva turned away from Yuri and walked away leaving her to her own devices while she continued plot and make plains.
