After returning to Karakura Town, Shukumei, with her 'daughter' in tow returned to Urahara's shop to devise what they were going to do about The Originial Six. This pairing of the two groups who have been at war with each other for quite some time wasn't necessarily going to be easy, but regardless of who liked the idea or in this case, or those who didn't agree with it, which would be pretty much everyone on both sides would have to deal with it. A common enemy is always best defeated when team work is involved.
Everyone was standing in the Underground training area since the rooms were far to small to fit everyone within them. The tension was so thick she could carve her name in it with her Zanpakuto. She new it would be tough but just from looking on the outside it looks that both sides were equally willing to tear the other one apart. Luna was growling at Azumi...and Azumi was growling back just as loudly with Ryouji holding her back. Both sides were segragated like like the other one had some contagious disease.
"Look this isn't going to be easy for anyone, so everyone might as well shut up and suck it up, we're going to be working together until the Original six are defeated. Get use to seeing each others faces, do whatever it takes to get yourselves through this ordeal. Once they are defeated things will return to the way they were before as Shiva has mentioned to me. No fighting, if we are going to defeat them we must work together and thats all there is to it."
Shukumei turned away from the group and focused her attention on her Lieutenant. She wasn't pleased with how he assumed that she was going to put up with the stunt he pulled. She could get upset, hell she could even demote him, but he still wouldn't learn his lesson.
"What the hell was that Ronin?! Are you intentionally trying to give me wrinkles or are you attempting to show off in front of your girlfriend? I told you once before that if you wore that armband you were to follow my orders to the letter. Running off showboating your strength isn't following my orders. I don't have the strength required to babysit your egotistical showboating. What if you had gotten yourself killed? What if you provoked them into attacking us all? Did you bother to think of the consequences of your actions? OF COURSE YOU DIDN'T. I can't get you to listen so this is what I am going to do. I'm going to put you on a probational type period. If you ever pull another stunt like that again. I'll have you transfered to squad eleven. I'm more than positive that Captain Zaraki would love nothing more than to have you within his squad."
She couldn't even look at him anymore. She just had to turn away and focus on something else. Was she not a good Captain? Was it because she is a woman. She just doesn't get why its so hard for him to follow orders. It was upsetting her more than it should, she should know what to expect from him by now. She had to get away and be by herself. So she left, if something came up she was certain Ryouji would call her and let her know.
