Hoki had just killed a Shinigami in Seireitei and had escaped to the human world rather effortlessly. He was sure that he would be pursued, but he would deal with it when the time came. He decided to lay low in a nearby town, hoping to give and Shinigami the slip.
Great, I have people following me now. I will deal with them later, I am too tired from killing those Shinigami. So many to kill... they should have come back for them!
He watched the window of a building, trying to see if he could spot the person or people following him. He had no idea of the skill or number of his enemy, all he could do for now was wait and watch.

Youhei had heard Ronin's call, heading to the location specified in the message. He was fully armored, and had multiple clips of ammo as well as his knife. He continued to move across town, searching the area. It was then that his HUD picked up Ronin's energy and increased his speed to meet him.
Okay, if we keep moving at this pace, we will link up in a few minutes. He said that there was a big emergency of sorts, I wonder what it is exactly...
He shifted his focus when his HUD blinked, indicating Ronin was rapidly approaching his location. He stopped on top of a building, deciding to wait for him there.

Ronin dropped down beside Youhei, landing in a crouching position. He stood up slowly, looking to the young boy in armor designed by old man hat and clogs. He then began to explain the full story, giving him full details.
"There have been several murders in Seireitei recently, all Shinigami. They were beaten with such ease that we assume that the murderer has Lieutenant skill or possibly Captain. It is my mission to find and bring back this murderer, dead or alive... preferably alive however. Captain Commander wants to question him."
Ronin had been on the trail of the murderer since it all began nearly a year ago, but this was the first time that he was sighted and able to be followed. His Captain Soifon was expecting results, and her preferred result was that the Murderer be killed. Ronin had his work cut out, not really knowing if he should slay his prey or not.
