A woman was sitting down on a roof top, watching as the humans went by. Something felt familiar about it. Might had been the time she managed to kill a few Shinigami and then... That man she fought. Something about him was familiar as well. She couldn't quite place it but soon pushed the concern to the back of her head. He was a Shinigami. Of course he was familiar. Soon, she stood up and rested her hand on her mask. It was as if she was debating on what to do.
After deciding, she let herself slide off and land on her feet once to the ground. She began to walk down the street while the humans walked by. Good thing that she was invisible to them and yet sad at the same time. She wanted them to at least see her as she killed them.
She soon found herself in a wide field that seemed to stretch for miles. With a sigh, she just stood there, seeming to be in a daze. Well, standing around here wasn't going to solve anything. Who knows? She may come across more Shinigami and killing them would make everything seem right again. She unsheathed her Zanpakuto, turning around to begin her search.

With Shiori taking Aysa, Saya, and Mikasa on her secret training mission and with her brother watching and taking care of Azumi, that left Shukumei, Rin, Ami and the present version of Emi to take care of things until they were ready.
What surprised her even more was that Rin wanted to come along but she couldn’t figure out why. She was her older sister, and she was freed from her control, she was being the sister she always wanted.
“Well there is nothing here, where is Ami, I should have had her do the report or something”
Rin smiled and leaned against the guardrail. Shukumei was like she was at her age but to each his or her own. It was somewhat adorable. Shukumei sighed and put her foot on th the pole.
“Come on, let’s check the next area.”
They used shupo to move on to the next area.

Something caught her attention as she continued her walk. It seems like the Shinigami we're already out and about. At least it makes her task a lot easier. She was beginning to worry she would have to make a scene for them to show up.
With a 'Sonido' (which in actuality was a Shunpo), she carefully began to track her targets as quietly as she could. Shukumei came to a stop to turn her head to look behind her. For some reason she felt like they were being followed. For now, she would keep her concern to herself and soon began to walk again.
Now, it was Emi's turn to stop, giving a small sigh. Everything was such a mess but knew she couldn't give up. Emi would then turn her head to look back the way they came as well. She was going to voice a concern until...
The next thing Emi knew was that she heard the sound of clashing metal and that Shukumei was in front of her, blocking the Zanpakuto of their stalker. The woman gave a distorted laughter despite her blade being blocked.
"I would have been disappointed if things had gone down too easily. Please, make your struggle worthwhile for me!"
With their blades still locked, Shukumei noticed something familiar about their attacker's Zanpakuto. It was... Mujitsuhana?! While she never doubted Shiori's deduction that the woman who fought Ryouji was Yuri. It seemed almost surreal to see her let alone believe that they were actually fighting!
"I don't know what's happened to you, but you need to come to your senses! It's me, Yuri! You recognize me, don't you? It's Shukumei!"
This caused the 'Arrancar' to become confused. Enough for her to jump back to put some distance between them. Meanwhile, Emi was in shock. It was one thing to hear what had happened but to see it?
The woman kept a defensive stance, preparing herself in case they tried to do anything. However, something caught her attention. Why was she just called Yuri? She doesn't even know anyone by that name! Even so, something about it struck her core.
"Sorry to disappoint you but I'm afraid I don't know a Yuri. Before you even ask, I see no point in disclosing my name to any of you! It won't matter soon enough!

Seeing this Yuri again seemingly made here both happy and mad. Mad because between Rin and Shukumei and Ryouji, she didn’t choose her to go after. It was smart but still foolish. She approached the two of them and turned to her sister.
“Allow me to spar with her please. Unlike you sister, I will give her a much needed workout.”
Shukumei managed to get “Yuri” off but just for a moment. When “Yuri” went for another strike, Rin blocked her strike by catching the blade within her fingers and didn’t let go. This was the girl, she could tell by the way she was holding her Zanpakuto..
“‘It’s sad, she seems to not remember me at all. It doesn’t matter honestly, you need to remember who you are. Your name is Yuri Nakayama!”

Again with the name 'Yuri'. What was with these people? She just told them that she doesn't know anyone by that name. As she stared at Rin, she could feel herself getting angry. One would have assumed it was being called Yuri and that was partially true. There was something about Rin that was getting to her. Something about her was infuriating her.
"That's not my name so stop calling me that.and stop acting like you know who I am!"
Once again, she jumped back to give her some room. However, Rin wasn't going to give her the chance to do anything other than be on the defensive. The whole thing was frustrating her to no end.
"What's the matter, Yuri? I would have thought your time being gone you would have at least gotten stronger but I see that you are still weak as before. What a shame."
"How many times do I have to tell you to stop calling me that?!"
The 'fight' continued for a while with both sides not giving up. As for Emi, she was distraught to say in the least. She had to do something but... What? She was soon snapped out of her thoughts as she saw her mother get up off the ground.
"Mana, you have to remember! We're your family!"
Her attempt to get up stopped for a moment from being called 'Mama'. This girl that was with them was familiar and not just the way she looked. Her voice... Her face... It was calling out to her. She could see herself in what seemed like a house with other people... They were also familiar. She... She knew these people although she doesn't understand how. How does she know any Shinigami?
Emi soon reached down, carefully pulling off her mother's mask that slowly dissolved away and got a good look at her. She couldn't help but to frown as she looked. As she began to reach down for her mother, 'Yuri' quickly got up, grasping the side of her head. It was throbbing although she knew she didn't hit her head. Regardless, she had to get away before she gets captured again. When she turned one way, Shukumei was there. When she turned another way, Rin was there as well. She was trapped.
"What... What.do you all want with me?!"

There she is, it’s like she was living in a dream one that she could never wake up from. She truly doesn’t remember who she is and she doesn’t remember who her own daughter or anything!
“She doesn’t remember...or she can’t remember. She still has some recollection of Emi. Maybe she needs to remember more of her.”
She was simply, I mean her mother-in-law meant so much to her family. How is her father dealing with all of this? How is her mother dealing with this?
It was simply tearing her apart! She didn’t know what to do. She wished Shiori would finish training Mikasa already. That’s when she had an idea. A brilliant idea at that! Mikasa was Lunamir in a past life, Emi and Shiori? What if the all met? They had to meet each other!
“Mama Yuri, please you have to hold on, I know the real reason why you can’t get your memory back you need the three most important people in your life. They are coming!”

Everytime she hears that name, she would feel a sharp pain coming from her head. She ended up grasping her head. Whoever this person is has to be joking. There was only one important person in her life and he saved her from the Shinigami, right? Of course that was right. It had to be!
"My name isn't Yuri! It's Shion!"
Maybe now they would stop calling her by a different name! As much as she wanted to fight, she couldn't bring herself to do so. The pain she felt was too much.
"There... There is only one person that is important to me... The one who... Who found me and saved me from the likes of you! Anything else is just lies!"
Even though she says that, something feels off with what she said. What were these memories that are coming to mind? The people she saw were faceless and yet... She had a feeling she knew them. One of them was the girl (Emi) calling her 'Mama' but much younger. While just a memory, it was almost like she could feel the seabreeze against her and the faceless people seemed to be having so much fun. She was even there!
"Why... Why should I hold on for you?! It's... It's because of your kind that I suffered so much..."
Eventually, she collapsed onto her knees, still holding her head. She felt like everything was falling apart. She also felt the need to escape, but she felt enclosed by everyone that was there. She was beginning to panic.

Her niece was the hopeful one. Rin was the type to call things as she sees them and then act accordingly. This plan was brilliant. She was hoping to get the three most important people in “Yuri’s” life together to help push her back to there side of the family. Making her act like a different person entirely, sounds rather familiar.
“Your Master or what ever you call him, what is his name?”
Truth be told, Rin had an idea...and if this was the Arrancar pulling the strings, it meant that they had to be careful. He was watching and already planning his next moves.
“It doesn’t matter if you tell me or not.”
Her father was an evil man, that much is certain. He’s gone and his plans are still going forward without a hitch. Or maybe it’s someone else. She was the final person still alive, so who was it?

She became confused as to why Rin had asked her who was her Master. She wasn't going to tell them. Why should she? It would be betraying him and she could not bring herself to tell them.
"As if I'd tell you! He is the only good thing I have left! I will not betray him!"
Emi seemed shocked at that statement. What did this person do to her mother to get her to believe something like that? The more she watches the more she felt helpless to do anything. She began to think back to the start of the ordeal. Perhaps... When her mother saw her, it seemed like she recognized her. Maybe that could be the way she could help! She hated to restrain her mother with Kids, but she would leave the option open if she made a run for it.
"Mama, I know you have to be in there, so please listen! Everyone is wait and hoping for you to come home! Especially Ryou and Tohru! You have to stay least remember something! Anything! All the battles, heartbreaks, the good and the bad... They have to be there somewhere!"
Something that Emi said confused her. Why was she expecting her to remember people she doesn't know? She had another pain to radiate from her head. This time, it was enough to force her to clench her eyes shut. She had to calm down. What they're saying could be a lie. It has to. Even so, why did it feel like her heart sink down to her feet at the mention of the names Emi called out?
In her minds's eye, she could see the shapes of the faceless people from before. However, something was a bit different. While she still couldn't make out who they were, she could hear them talking. They were... Congratulating her? It sounded that way, anyway. They were also saying the same thing to the man beside her who soon pulled her in for a tender hug.
As her eyes slowly opens, they shifted over to her hand as if she was examining it. Something... Something was missing. It was important to her. Something she knew she was going to cherish forever.
The woman slowly got up on her feet, seeming very wary. She had to get away... She had to go back to the only safe place she knew. Emi watched her mother carefully as she forced the lump in her throat to go away. She hated to do this, but she could not take the risk of her running away and not being able to find her again.
"Please forgive for for what I'm about to do..."
It was at that moment, her mother tried to make her escape. With a heavy heart, Emi used a binding kiddo that would not only restrain her mother but keep her down on the ground. She had to turn away from seeing the sight but made sure to maintain concentration to keep the Kids up.

It’s one thing to be stopped by kido, it’s another to be stopped by a binding kido from her own daughter. She has been practicing, and she did so with out using the hand signs. She payed close attention to Emi, it’s no wonder why she is Ryouji’s favorite and honestly, Rin couldn’t tell why she wasn’t everyone’s favorite.
“It’s been a while since I have seen a binding Kido. Well done Megumi.”
She felt that she should be more involved with her nieces she still needed this Yuri to speak about her master. Rin needed to speak to her alone. That’s when an idea struck her, but she had to be careful. The last thing that Rin wanted to do was to give her brother and sister a reason to doubt her.
“Can you hold on to her. I’m going to get someone to help take some of strain off of Megumi. I will be back soon.”
With that she vanished, and appeared on a roof nearby. She had to hurry. Binding Kido weren’t to reliable and she really didn’t want them to have to catch her a third time. Rin used shunpo to hurry to Urahara’s.
